Belka 'PORTAL' is a newly launched product with limited initial inventory, so orders will be shipped approximately 1–2 months after purchase.
Shipping dates may change due to production schedules or supply-chain conditions.
International shipments may also be delayed for reasons outside Belka’s control, such as: Carrier logistics issues, Customs processing delays, Changes in flight or transport schedules, Unexpected international disruptions…
We will assist with problem-solving whenever possible, but we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by third parties. These factors are external and beyond Belka’s control, and Belka is not liable for delays resulting from them.
Duties & Taxes
The checkout amount includes the product price, shipping cost, and estimated import duties and taxes. If the actual duties and taxes exceed the prepaid amount, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference to the seller.
If you prefer not to include duties and taxes at checkout and wish to pay them directly during the shipping or customs clearance process, you may request this option from the seller. In such cases, if the shipment is returned due to the recipient’s failure to respond to customs or carrier clearance requests in the destination country, all costs related to the return and re-shipment will be borne by the recipient.
