Belka Return & Refund Policy

Belka products undergo professional inspection and quality control before shipment.
Please note that returns or refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.

  1. Initial Defects (Within 7 Days of Receipt)
    If a defect is found during normal use within 7 days of receiving the product,
    we will conduct an inspection and provide a free replacement or refund.
    (Photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.)

  2. Defects During Normal Use (Within 1 Year of Purchase)
    Any malfunction that occurs under normal use within 1 year of purchase will be
    repaired free of charge.
    However, due to significant international shipping costs,
    round-trip shipping fees for the repair process are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Paid Repairs
    The following cases are considered paid repairs regardless of the time elapsed:

    • Damage caused by user negligence (breakage, exterior damage, liquid exposure, deformation, etc.)

    • Unauthorized disassembly of the product (e.g., removal of the bottom plate)

    • Malfunctions occurring after 1 year of purchase
      For paid repairs, we will provide an estimate after inspection and proceed upon customer approval.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Returns and refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:

    • Change of mind or preference-based reasons

    • Products with signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging that prevent resale

    • Products returned without prior approval

    • Products showing signs of modification or disassembly by the user

  5. Exchange & Repair Procedure
    Service requests can be submitted via email at belka.seoul@gmail.com.
    We may request photos or videos for verification.
    After review, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

  6. Processing Time for Exchanges and Repairs
    Once the returned product arrives, the inspection and exchange/repair process will begin.
    Processing time may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the complexity of the repair.
