How are Kickstarter units shipped?
We’re sending messages to backers via Kickstarter. In the message, we confirm the shipping address and provide a payment link for shipping and duties.
Once confirmed and paid, the order is ready to ship. Production is underway and shipments have begun.
When will PORTAL ship to Kickstarter backers?
If backer's address confirmation and payment are complete, PORTAL will ship within 1–2 weeks. All backers will receive a Kickstarter message soon.
Is PORTAL officially launched now?
Yes. You can purchase PORTAL here on our website.
However, since shipments to Kickstarter backers come first, available stock is limited.
